Chefs of the Fleurieu spend a day on the farm. Denise Riches of Hindmarsh Valley Dairy will lead the chefs through the process of artisan cheese making. Herding the goats at sunrise, milking, working with the raw product and cooking a communal lunch, the day on the farm will greatly increase the knowledge of participants and give them a rich understanding of the seasonality of this fine product. |
