At your first stop DogRidge Wines host Fred Howard will offer tastings of some of their award winning wines with samples of Brian’s olives, olive oil by Diana’s & delicious bread baked by the Clappis family. Then onto Kangabbie Marron Farm where John and Cathy Lucken will personally guide you around their farm and explain the process of fresh- water aquaculture.
Sit down to lunch at Red Poles Restaurant, enjoy a two course meal including Marron matched with wine from the DogRidge range. Time will permit you to browse the eclectic mix of art or chat with the Chef. After lunch you will head to Seidels Orchard, one of the Fleurieu’s largest orchards where host Ray Seidel will be on hand to answer any questions, and take you on a tour of the property. Finish your day at Producers of McLaren Vale where makers Tori Moreton and David Arbon share their new release Apple Cider and Wine, New Season’s Olive Oil treats.
